Kera spotted the cyclist at Washington and Highway 111 in front of the AAA office.
You have to believe that this person (not sure if it is a dude or a lady) is all about safety on the roads…which is wise in The Desert – but, you also have to them credit for going all Clark W. Griswold on their ride, tires, jacket, and helmet just in time for the Christmas season.
