Someone left strange graffiti on the front doors of a Palm Springs restaurant this weekend after a former tv person turned political candidate held a fundraiser there.
“Dan Ball” and another word which may be “supporters” and something else (look below, tough to tell) was left on the doors of Wang’s in the Desert. Security cameras show it was someone in a black robe and white mask along with an accomplice at 5:05 am Saturday morning, reports the Desert Sun.
What in the hell is wrong with people? Stop the hate!!!I hope whoever did this, get's what you deserve. Grow up already!

Ball, a Republican, held a fundraiser at the restaurant in December. The owners of the restaurant say that is was merely a reservation and they did not give him money or support his campaign.
After Ball posted about the event on Facebook, a post went up on the LGBT Palm Springs Facebook group from David Gray stating, “If you support our great Congressman Ruiz, it is troubling to see the owners of Wang’s supporting his opponent.” As the Uken Report noted, many comments followed suggesting they would also boycott the restaurant.
Ball told the Desert Sun he was “sick and tired of being labeled as a homophobic, racist bigot because I’m running as a Republican … My friends in this community, especially my gay friends, know that is the furthest thing from the truth.”
Since the Uken Report’s initial story on the Wang Ball Flap (#WangBallFlap), Ball has been emailing news releases on a daily basis demanding, for some reason, that Congressman Dr. Raul Ruiz speak out about the restaurant and boycott.

For his part, Ruiz has been busy with things like the Government shutdown.
Unacceptable. I will not stop working for you during this government shutdown. My office will be open to answer your questions and concerns. I am here to serve you.
