Burglars steal cash registers, tequila bottles from Palm Desert restaurants

Police are looking for whoever stole cash registers and some bottles of booze from three Palm Desert eateries.

KESQ reports that Billy Q’s, Sushi Cafe, and Pueblo Viejo Grill about 5 am on Thursday. The businesses told the TV station that the glass front door of each restaurant was broken.

The crooks took the cash registers and four bottles of tequila.

Police are investigating.
