Cabazon’s “Wheel Inn” may soon be no more.
Situated next to The Cabazon Dinosaurs (which are still open), the restaurant was shut down in 2013 and has deteriorated ever since. The building is in such bad shape that, according to The Press Enterprise, it may soon be demolished.
“The problem is that it’s falling apart,” Bob Hughes of Hughes Properties told The Press Enterprise also noting that copper thieves stole piping and transients had managed to break into and live in the building for some time.
