The JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa in Palm Desert is hosting a grand opening of Aquifer65, their newly remodeled lobby bar on Friday, and that means free alcohol and food for you.
You can check out what’s new with the bar from 5 to 6:30 pm and and be treated to some complimentary beer, wine, specialty cocktails and small plates of food, notes the Desert Sun. No word on what they will be serving for the freebies, but the new menu includes a California meat and cheese board, deviled free range eggs, and some sort of doughnut hole tower.
Then after, why not take a gondola ride, dance a bit at Costa’s, and treat yourself to a giant doughnut – you know, the way most people spend their Friday nights in Palm Desert.
