You can start your day with a ‘Breakfast Whiskey’ at The Broken Yolk Cafe in Palm Springs

Not sure if whiskey is part of this nutritious breakfast, but it sounds like it should be.

“Breakfast Whiskey” was spotted at the Broken Yolk Cafe in downtown Palm Springs.  The cocktail comes with Maker’s Mark, lemon, sugar, red wine, and egg whites.

Breakfast in Palm Springs on our last day here. The Broken Yolk Cafe has breakfast whiskey cocktails! Maker's Mark, Fresh Lemon, Cane Sugar, Red Wine, & Egg Whites. Protein, fruit, & grains all in one delicious drink. Breakfast perfection! ???????????????????????????????????????? (excellent with a spinach, avocado, bacon, & tomato eggs benedict!). Super delicious and I'm already ready to come back!

Just a guess here, but I am sure it pairs pretty well with bacon (because everything pairs well with bacon).

And if whiskey is not your thing, there are also gin, tequila, rum, and sparkling wine drinks on the menu…along with the more traditional Bloody Mary.
