A man was arrested Thursday night after police say he led them on a pursuit that ended when he ran his car into a house off of Vista Chino in Cathedral City.
An officer patrolling on San Antonio spotted a driver they said was not stopping at intersections and speeding, according to the Desert Sun. A pursuit ensued by was called off for safety reasons and police lost the vehicle near Gene Autry Trail and Vista Chino.

Minutes later, police were called to a home at Vista Chino and San Felipe where a car had crashed into a home, reports KESQ. The driver fled on foot but was found a short time later.
David Aguilar, 42, was arrested for suspicion of reckless driving and a parole violation.
