Arriving officers to a traffic collision in Cathedral City on Friday night did not find one of the drivers involved – which may be due to the $2,000 in cash and pound of cocaine that was in their car.
Photos of the find were posted to the CCPD’s Facebook page this weekend with the department stating, “this serves as a reminder that officers respond from call to call, never knowing what they are walking into.”
No other information was provided.
