Charles Manson and his fiancée, Afton Elaine “Star” Burton, have allowed their marriage license to expire without tying the knot. So good news if you are a single gal looking to get hitched to a murdering psychopath.
The couple had appled for a marriage license on November 7th – but, as The LA Times reports, the marriage license will expire Thursday. The jail where Manson is incarcerated, Corcoran State, only allows weddings take place on the weekends – so the wedding is not going to happen.
The 80-year-old Manson is serving life in prison for his part in a series of gruesome murders he was convicted of planning and ordering during the late summer of 1969. “Star” has spent the last few years trying to clear his name.
