It’s Friday of Coachella Weekend One and, just like always, traffic is much worse than usual for those headed eastbound on the 10, Highway 111, or whatever way they have chosen to make it to Indio.
The picture up there is a screengrab from Google maps of the 10 through Thousand Palms a little after 4 pm today and the images coming in from social media confirm that things are moving slowly for everyone headed to the fest or just trying to get home.
