- Two more people in the Coachella Valley have tested positive for COVID-19. The total number of those infected in the desert is 12. The total in Riverside County is 14.
- The Palm Springs City Council is holding a special closed session meeting today to discuss a “threat to public services or facilities.”
- A bunch of counterfeit COVID-19 tests were seized at LAX.
- Apple will close its stores nationwide for two weeks, including its store on El Paseo in Palm Desert

- Meanwhile, many cities around Southern California are urging people to buy just what the would need for two weeks, rather than hoarding and depriving their neighbor of supplies:
