The TV show “Cops” began season number 27(!!!) Saturday night on Spike TV.  The episode featured a segment filmed in Palm Springs.  It was an odd segment (even by “Cops” standards) that involved an unseen guy in the hospital, a caregiver in a car, a strange dude with a mohawk, and (of course) some members of The Palm Springs Police.
