Police are investigating a Craigslist post in San Diego warning referencing the terrible massacre in Orlando and threatening that San Diego is next.
A viewer sent the ad, which has since been flagged and removed, to KGTV – who then forwarded it to the police and FBI.
The post, titled “We need more Orlando’s (sic)” included a hand firing a gun and reads along with threats to the LGBT community. It goes on to say, “Orlando was long overdue. Cleanse your community of the filth that gives decent gay men and women a bad name. Those people were walking diseases, bug chasers, and thank god for AIDS and 9-11 and now Orlando. San Diego you are next…”
Officials told the TV station they are investigating and also that there are already extra officers on patrol in the wake of the Orlando shooting.
