The Desert Sun reports that officials from the Riverside County District Attorney’s office are conducting another investigation, not related to the previous PouGhazi investigation, at Palm Springs City Hall.
Investigators were at City Hall on Thursday, confirmed a spokesman for the D.A. who did not get into details about what the investigation is related to.
“When I got the call this morning — I hadn’t even heard a rumor about this. This was news to me,” Mayor Moon told the newspaper.
Update 12:01 PM: The Desert Sun reports the investigation involves two former employees of the city’s fleet maintenance division.
