Desert X is expanding out to the Salton Sea for 2019

Desert X 2019 arrives next month and, for its second round, it will include an installation at the Salton Sea.

The art installation scavenger hunt will “expand geographically to explore the ecology of the Salton Sea,” Desert X said in a press release Tuesday morning (via the Desert Sun).

No word yet on what, exactly, the Salton Sea installation will be – but that’s probably for the best, as discovering and seeing the exhibits for Desert X is part of the magic, if you will.
