Coachella is just a week away and the internet is abuzz about a potential surprise performance by Justin Bieber. Why? Well, it has to do with a weird-ass picture he posted on his Instagram page with no explanation.
So what does it mean? Is Bieber making an appearance on stage at Coachella? Will he stop by Target in Palm Desert again? Does he know that his favorite terrible burger place and local hula hooping spot have both closed? Is he just trolling?
