Palm Springs Police have announced a sobriety checkpoint for Friday night.
Officers from the Palm Springs Police Department Traffic Unit will be conducting a DUI/Drivers License Checkpoint on Friday, December 15, 2017 at an undisclosed location within the city limits between the hours of 9:00 pm to 1:30 am, according to a news release.

Cops will be looking for signs of alcohol and drug impairment as well as checking licenses and registration.
Checkpoint or no checkpoint, if you have had too much to drink take a Lyft, an Uber, a cab, have a designated driver, or take the free Buzz Shuttle.
