Eminem, Cardi B, Portugal the Man, Migos, A Perfect Circle and more closed out the second weekend of the 2018 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival on a scorching hot Sunday in Indio. While the crowd inside the venue enjoyed the event, those who were left scrambling for parking were, ummm, well, not pleased.
The night’s final main stage act, Eminem brought back 50 Cent, Skyler Gray, and Dr. Dre for his 90 minute set that featured over 30 songs including “Stan,” “Love the Way You Lie,” and “California Love.”
The day saw temperatures rise all the way into the upper 90s leaving those to find shade or shelter anywhere they could. The crowd grew as the sun began to set leading to a large crowd for Cardi B – who was treated to a blessing and belly rub from Jay-Z backstage at the festival.
Other highlights of Coachella’s final day included Portugal The Man – who performed with a string quartet, horn quartet, two male dancers, and eight backup singers – a guest appearance from rapper Too Short during Kamaiyah’s performance, and a packed Sahara stage set from Migos.
Outside the festival, parking became a big issue as Coachella’s parking lots filled up by 5:30 pm, leading to organizers directing those headed by car to the festival to park in overflow parking at the Riverside County Fairgrounds to be shuttled in. According to some, this led to some major issues.
FUCKING PISSED. Parking lots were full at Coachella, so we waited 3 hours just for them to tell us to park in the fairgrounds & we MISSED CARDI B. ????????????

It seems that some fans just decided to take things into their own hands…
