Country singer Eric Paslay is coming to Spotlight 29 Casino in June.
Paslay will perform an 8pm show on Saturday, June 23rd in the Spotlight Showroom. Tickets for the concert are $45, $35 and $25 and go on sale this Friday, March 16th at 10 am at the casino box office and Spotlight29.com.
Well known in Nashville circles as a songwriter for other artists, Paslay stepped into the spotlight in 2014 with the Top 5 hit “Friday Night” from his self-titled debut. The album peaked at No. 4 on the country chart and went on to produce two other well-received singles (“Song About A Girl” and “She Don’t Love You”). Paslay also co-wrote Jake Owens’ “Barefoot Blue Jean Night” and the Will Hoge/Eli Young Band song “Even If It Breaks Your Heart,” both of which went to No. 1 on the country chart.
In 2015, Paslay was featured alongside Dierks Bentley on Charles Kelley’s debut single, “The Driver,” which received a Grammy nomination for Best Country Duo/Group Performance. Later that year, Paslay released “High Class” as the lead single to his sophomore album. A follow-up single, “Angels in This Town,” dropped in 2016. Paslay released a five-song digital EP, The Work Tapes, in 2017.
