When you gotta go, you gotta go, I suppose. But, you might want to always be sure to flush.
Police arrested Andrew David Jensen on July 28 for burglary of a home in Thousand Oaks in October. A burglary that cops say involved someone leaving something behind.
The suspect “did his business and didn’t flush it,” Detective Tim Lohman of the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office told NBC 4.
Investigators were able to collect the evidence and conduct a DNA profile. That profile matched Jensen as a suspect, notes the Ventura County Star.
“When people think of DNA evidence, they usually think of hair samples or saliva,” Lohman said – at which point a cop show TV writer furiously got to work on a future episode.
