A 29-year-old San Bernardino man was arrested Sunday for grand theft after police say he stole a go-kart from a Redlands waterpark.
The go-kart was taken about 6pm from a fenced off area at Splash Kingdom, reports the Press Enterprise. Two hours later, the go-kart was spotted two hours away in a movie theater parking lot where, according to police, Jeremiah Gerky was harassing and ignoring the complex’s security officers.
Police arrested Gerky, who was on probation, and the go-kart was returned to Splash Kingdom.
