Video taken recently in Lake Elsinore that shows a man throwing a wrench out of his car breaking the window of another vehicle and then speeding away.
The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the incident. The video, below, shows the unidentified man pulling up next to the victim, yelling an obscenity, rolling down his window and tossing the wrench, and then driving off.
According to ABC 7, the suspect also was swerving in and out of lanes and allegedly cut off other cars.
