
Oh great. It’s windy again in the Coachella Valley.
While this doesn’t come as a surprise (there is a reason that they built all those wind turbines through the pass), it doesn’t mean that it’s not a pain in the ass.
A high wind warning is issued through 2 am in the Greater Palm Springs area. Here is how windy Jerry thinks it will get:

Goldenvoice, the promoters of Coachella, were concerned enough about the wind that they delayed entrance into their campground until 3 am Friday – one hour after the high wind warning expires.
Be careful out there, weigh down your patio furniture, and be prepared for your allergies to be terrible.
