Police recommend taking a couple of minutes to break down the boxes and toss them in the recycle bin so would-be-thieves won’t easily see you got a new 50″ HDTV or soundbar.

Sure, that is going to take a good three or four minutes away from you enjoying your new present, but if it keeps your house from getting broken into, I would say it is worth it.
