Joshua Tree National Park, one of the most amazing spots on the planet, is looking for volunteers to help around the park this Saturday for National Public Lands Day.
The date marks the biggest day of volunteerism of the year on public lands and Joshua Tree will be hosting a family-friendly volunteering event from 8 am to 1pm with projects including vertical mulching, Joshua tree measuring and graffiti clean-up.

Volunteers should bring water, sunscreen, appropriate footwear (no flip-flops), and a “can-do” attitude. Participants will receive a one-day park pass (while they last) for their time and energy.
