Crews had to clean an obscene amount of trash from Southern California roadways last year – and, whether you yourself littered or not, we all got to pay a lot of money to clean it up.

Caltrans spent $76 million to remove 9,500 garbage trucks worth of trash from roadways in 2015, reports ABC 7. If you lined those trucks up, it would stretch for more than 50 miles – or about the distance from Riverside to LA.
