Joanna Gaines, a designer best known from the HGTV show Fixer Upper, is in the Palm Springs Area for the Altitude Summit, a social media and entrepreneur conference. As she also has a new children’s book to promote, Gaines decided to make a surprise stop in into the Barnes & Noble at the Westfield Mall in Palm Desert and, yeah, it went about as expected.
