Yeah, yeah, I know. This still beats shoveling out a 4 foot-tall snow berm or being in 90% humidity – but, the Coachella Valley only gets a small window for nice weather and this is supposed to be it! But here we are, still baking in the sun for the entire 4-day weekend. How wonderful.
Look, all I am saying is my hoodie is just sitting there, begging to be worn, my cats are still shedding like it’s July, and I don’t want to have to run my freakin’ air conditioner on Thanksgiving. Is it too much to ask for a slightly chilly, but nice Thanksgiving? – THE WAY IT’S SUPPOSED TO BE IN THE DESERT IN LATE NOVEMBER!!!
No. We won’t get that this year or, at the rate things are going, ever again, I guess. So, here we are, roasting like a freakin’ Thanksgiving turkey.
I will just go ahead and plan on it being 98 degrees Christmas morning.
