The Greater Palm Springs area is home to a lot of good eateries. Some we hear about. Others, not so much.
What is an under-the-radar joint in the Coachella Valley that you really like? Now I know, you might not want to talk about your favorite hidden gem, for fear of it becoming packed with snowbirds in January and you having to wait two hours to get in. But, fear not. The snowbirds are busy screwing up the roads of small Washington towns and Canadian villages, so this will just be between us locals still here (and sweating).
