A guy being pursued by police found time to pull through the In-N-Out Burger drive thru just a few minutes before he was arrested.
Cops attempted to pull over a white pickup Wednesday night in the Phoenix area and, when the driver refused to stop, followed him on city streets, reports 12 News.
The suspect then pulled into an In-N-Out Burger drive-thru and ordered some food. Officers did not stop him at the fast food joint.
A short distance away, the suspect got out of his car and tried to get into a house. When he couldn’t get inside, he was arrested.
Joshua Adkins, 35, was booked on suspicion of unlawful flight from law enforcement, aggravated assault-domestic violence and unlawful imprisonment.
