Social media is lit with conspiracy theories of a Hillary Clinton body double being used to convince the public that Clinton is not ill. Seems plausible.
It all started when Clinton got overheated at a 9/11 ceremony in New York over the weekend.
Clinton spokesperson Nick Merrill released a statement about Clinton’s medical mishap, via CNN:
“Secretary Clinton attended the September 11th Commemoration Ceremony for one hour and 30 minutes this morning to pay her respects and greet some of the families of the fallen. During the ceremony, she felt overheated so departed to go to her daughter’s apartment, and is feeling much better.”
Shortly after noon is when the conspiracy theory begins. A video surfaced of Hillary Clinton leaving Chelsea Clinton’s apartment. In the video, Clinton appears to be doing just fine:

Maybe they have been switching places over and over through the years to mess with people like twins do?
Or maybe not, since Barnwell said that she was not in New York:
