The building was previously home to a Ruby’s Diner and Justin Bieber once at a burger there, so it will always have that going for it.
Last year, Mimi’s – which was located next door to Johnny Rockets – also shut down and, across the street, both Acqua Pazza and BB’s at the River both closed in the past 20 months .
