A Joshua Tree man was taken to the hospital on Friday night after he accidentally shot himself not once, but twice.

The 52-year-old man, who was not identified, shot himself on accident in the thigh and pelvic area (!) with a Glock 43 9-mm handgun about 9:45 pm, according to Z107.7.

Police arrived to the home on Jericho Way and determined the shooting was accidental and self-inflicted.

The victim was taken by ambulance to the hospital.
