With California being in a terrible drought, over the month of July, Ventura County Water is hosting a “Don’t Wash Your Car Challenge”. Drivers are encouraged to post a picture of their car on Ventura Water’s Facebook page and at the end of the month, the three cars or trucks deemed to be the filthiest get free detail jobs and other prizes.
