Kid Cudi dropped $10,000 worth of Popeyes chicken off at Coachella Valley Rescue Mission

While in town for Coachella, rapper Kid Cudi ordered $10,000 worth of Popeyes chicken, biscuits, mashed potatoes, and fries from Postmates and sent to the Coachella Valley Rescue Mission on Friday night, according to TMZ.

The meals were sent courtesy of Postmates, which was already working with Cudi to create a “Munchies Menu” – a 4/20 themed offering available in in Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Miami, and Chicago.

“Now this is downright dope! @kidcudi was in town performing at #Coachella,” The Coachella Valley Rescue Mission wrote on Facebook. “Not too busy to think of others, he generously donated Popeye’s Chicken to feed the whole mission and had it delivered by @Postmates. We so appreciate your kindness and thoughtfulness @kidcudi!”
