The Madison Club is becoming the Kardashian Club as it appears that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are close to buying a gigantic home in the gated community in La Quinta next door to the one purchased by Kris Jenner last year.
Sources told TMZ that the pair are negotiating on the 8,728 square foot pad, which is listed at $7.5 million. The house has 6-bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, is an open-concept, and has multiple fountains and a gigantic pool.
The mansion sits on an oversized 1 plus acre lot and offers a theater, a separate guest house (with its own private garden), and a 4 car garage.

The Madison Club is likely to appeal to the pair, not just because it’s close to shopping and church, but also because those giant gates surrounding the club (and the second set of giant gates around the house) are going to be tough for paparazzi to get through to grab pics.
