The memes can finally stop. Leonardo DiCaprio has finally won an Oscar for his role in The Revenant – an excruciatingly long and boring movie where the actor definitely does not get raped by a bear – but, the actor is lucky to have his long coveted gold trophy this morning, after nearly leaving it behind at a restaurant.
TMZ followed the actor (that’s what they do) after the Academy Awards ceremony as he visited the Ago restaurant in West Hollywood – where Leo can be spotted sipping a drink, vaping, and nearly forgetting his Oscar trophy while leaving.
You do have to admire dude from the restaurant with the Oscar at the end of the video as he asks, “Do you want this to go with you?”
If only Leo answered with, “Nah, it is your award now, fella. My work here is done”, then disappears into the night never to be seen again (okay, maybe he just comes back one time for the Growing Pains reunion).
