Palm Desert has a new option for fast casual eating.

Luna Grill – who dishes out kebabs, salads, wraps, hummus, and other Mediterranean dishes – opened its doors to the public on Friday. It’s located at El Paseo Square at Highway 111 and San Pablo as Habit Burger, Blaze Pizza, Pokehana, and Rubio’s – which has to make the center the fast casual capital of the desert.

I went Friday and had a gyro wrap. It took a little while for it to be made, which is to be expected for a new place, but it was pretty good.
