Former child star Macaulay Culkin is coming to The Desert to perform pizza-themed music. This is not a Mad Lib. This is real life.
Since his days warding off idiot burglars in The “Home Alone” movies, the actor has joined up with some musicians to form a band called The Pizza Underground — who for some reason, perform Velvet Underground songs – only replacing the original lyrics with lyrics about pizza. Culkin, now 34-years-old, plays kazoo and percussion. Here is some of their work:
The show is November 18 at Pappy & Harriet’s in Pioneertown. Tickets at $15.
