According to KESQ, a man was arrested after he took a cart full of items he did not pay for out of the La Quinta Costco on Wednesday. Guess we know now why they always have to mark your receipt.
Witnesses told the TV station that the man became agitated and allegedly brandished a knife that he got out of his shopping cart and threatened employees with it. It’s not clear if the knife was one of the items that was allegedly taken.
The man fled but was detained a short distance away.
