Man Dances Behind NYPD for “Ellen Show”, Gets Thrown to the Ground

Ellen Degeneres has a segment on her show called “#DanceDare”. The premise is simple: viewers should dance behind someone without them noticing.

While those involved might not necessarily like the segment (I for one do not like strangers sneaking up behind me to do weird things), it is basically harmless and watching the full video (the one at the very bottom of this article after the more controversial one) made me chuckle a few times.

Things did not go well for YouTube personality Alexander BOK who attempted his #DanceDare behind an NYPD officer. Things start off ok, but quickly turn bad as the NYPD notices and is not at all pleased.

“What’s wrong with you, bro?” asks one of the officers.

The officer then backs Alexander into the vehicle and places his hand on his chest. Alexander is then turned around and frisked.

“After explaining what we were doing, they kept going, insulting me … After endless attempts, realizing they cannot arrest me, they threw me on the ground,” Alexander’s video states.

And you can watch Alexander doing his thing in the full video which actually starts in a much more enjoyable manner here:
