A man who police say escaped from the back of a police cruiser parked at a Sheriff’s station was arrested in Las Vegas on Tuesday.
Charles Brown, 31, was originally arrested on narcotics charges at about 4 pm on Sunday and was taken to the Victorville police department to be questioned, reports KTLA.
Brown managed to free one hand from his handcuffs and then managed to somehow escape the vehicle, according to a news release.
Police searched the area but were unable to find him.
The Gang Team assigned to the Victorville Sheriff’s station tracked down Brown to an undisclosed location in Vegas and arrested him Tuesday, according to the Press Enterprise.
