When you gotta go. You gotta go. But, no matter how bad you gotta go, if someone is occupying the facilities, you are not allowed to fire a round at them.
A Connecticut man is accused of firing a gun into a bathroom at his neighbors apartment because he thought someone was taking too long to relieve themselves, reports NBC Connecticut.
About 3 a.m. on Sunday, police got a report of a highly intoxicated man who had just shot a gun inside an apartment.
They arrested 22-year-old Shawn Cummins after their investigation concluded that Cummins had become upset someone wouldn’t get out of the bathroom, took out a 9mm handgun, and fired one round into the closed bathroom door. Police say that he just missed the person inside.
Cummins then left the apartment, firing a second shot into a wall outside of the apartment complex.
He has been charged with unlawful discharge of a firearm, carrying a firearm while intoxicated, reckless endangerment, threatening. and disorderly conduct.
No word if Cummins was ever actually able to get into a bathroom.
