A man is hospitalized in stable condition after police say he was stabbed in Palm Springs on Wednesday.
The stabbing happened at about 1:36 p.m. at Indian Canyon Drive and West Stevens Road, according to The Desert Sun.

The suspect, who fled on foot, is described as a Latino man in his 40s with a medium build and about 6 feet tall.
