A man was taken to the hospital after police say he walked into a Stater Bros., poured bleach on himself, stripped off his clothes, and ran around the store.
Authorities were called at about 9:40 pm to the San Bernardino grocery store, reports the Press Enterprise.
The man walked into the store and proceeded to the home supply aisle, where he grabbed the bleach and poured it on himself. He then stripped down and ran around the store, according to police. A security guard eventually subdued him.
“The gentleman had some blood on his arms and the manager asked him to leave, and he started pouring bleach on himself,” Joe Lira said to KTLA.
“Another gentleman tried to grab his neck and I tried to grab his feet, but he was too slippery and he just went wild. And they finally Tased him and held him down till police got here,” he added.
“I seen everybody tackling one another, screaming, hands coming up, people filming, going crazy, and I didn’t know it at the very moment,” Elizabeth Evans, a witness, told ABC 7.
