A man was shot while sitting inside his car Sunday night outside of the Outpost Market in Cathedral City.
The shooting happened a little before 11 pm, reports the Desert Sun. Police arrived to find the victim inside a Hyundai Tiburon. He was taken to Desert Regional for critical injuries.

The shooter is believed to be a Hispanic man between 20 and 30 years-old, about 5’8″ tall and 140 pounds, according to KESQ. He was wearing a white shirt and blue shorts and fled in blue sedan. Two other people are believed to have also been in the vehicle.
