Badabababa…he’s not loving it. See what I did there? *Sigh* Sorry. Anyhoo, a dude is suing McDonald’s over their Value Meals, claiming that there is actually no value in them. Nutritional value? Nah, we already know that’s the case. The lawsuit all comes down to math.

The Chicago man recently filed the fraud and deceptive practices lawsuit against Karis Management Co., which owns 9 McDonald’s franchises in the midwest, according to The Daily Herald (via ABC 27):

James Gertie of Des Plaines tells The (Arlington Heights) Daily Herald that bundling two cheeseburgers, medium french fries and a drink at $5.90 is 41 cents more than when individual items are purchased.

Gertie, a bus driver, says his lawsuit filed this month is about principle, not 41 cents.
