Back in March, the TV show “Man V. Food” filmed in Palm Springs and, because these things eventually find their way to actually being broadcast, the episode is set to air Monday night on the Travel Channel at 9 pm.
The Travel Channel listing invites viewers to watch as “Casey Webb’s cross-country culinary quest takes him back in time to Palm Springs, California, where he comes face-to-face with a three-pound skyscraper of a sandwich loaded with every deli meat imaginable.”
The restaurant posted about the filming back in March showing a picture of Webb halfway through a pretty huge sandwich.
Seriously though, that’s a huge freakin’ sandwich.
Manhattan in the Desert commented back in March that Webb was able to eat everything on his plate, so we assume that in this case, Man beat Food.
