A CHP officer attempted to pull over Jeremiah Armstrong just before 11 pm for speeding on Friday on Highway 62 near Sunburst Street in Joshua Tree. Armstrong, riding a 2006 Yamaha R6, did not pull over and instead sped off at 80 miles per hour, according to Z107.7.
