A lawsuit was filed by a Moreno Valley man against Kim Kardashian on Tuesday in which he says that he was injured in a vehicle collision with the reality star (?) in 2014 in Beverly Hills.
Rafael Antonio Linares filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court for unspecified damages.
The suit, according to the Press Enterprise, states that the crash occurred on Sunset Boulevard near Benedict Canyon Drive on March 11, 2014. Linares claims that he has had to seek medical care and his car was damaged and is now worth less than before the collision.
A representative for Kardashian could not be immediately reached for comment, though she did tweet this:
